El depósito de garantía se devolverá el día en que finalice el contrato de alquiler.
Según el artículo 36.4 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, aunque no se determina un plazo exacto para la devolución de la fianza de alquiler, sí se aclara que debe serle restituida al arrendatario finalizado el contrato y que no debe ser en un tiempo mayor a un mes.
