Según el artículo 36.4 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, aunque no se determina un plazo exacto para la devolución de la fianza de alquiler, sí se aclara que debe serle restituida al arrendatario finalizado el contrato y que no debe ser en un tiempo mayor a un mes.
La propriedad corresponde exactamente a la descripción en internet. Es una propriedad muy bien cuidada y hermosa. La entrega de llaves funcionó muy bien y siempre recibí una respuesta muy rápido a las preguntas. Los anfitriones son muy amables y serviciales.
La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, cerca de Palma y a 1 minuto del mar.

Recomiendo encarecidamente esta propiedad a todo el mundo. Está situada en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y además cuenta con su propio transporte para moverse cómodamente por toda la isla.
