On the day of the visit, you must have the following on hand in electronic format or in a copy:
– The DNI or passport (NIE in the case of foreigners)
– Work contract
– Last two payrolls

– Proof of registration from the university/Institute or registration receipt.

Documents required to issue a payment invoice:
– The full name of the contract holder
– Photo of the DNI/NIE/Passport of the contract holder (both sides)
– Arrival and departure dates (Please contact us on Whatsapp to confirm the dates’ availability)
After we receive the data specified above, our financial department will send you the payment invoice and all the necessary data to complete the payment and reserve the property!

We know that booking online is a commitment. That is why we offer all our tenants, Inmoprop Gestion SL guarantee free of charge with great coverage:
We verified all the property and the owner.
We retain the reservation in advance until 48 hours after the check-in date.
After the booking confirmation, the property is locked only for you! No one else can reserve your selected dates!
If for some reason, you decide to cancel the transaction and reject the property, we will refund you the full amount.

Inmoprop Gestion SL offers many guarantees to protect you from fraud.
If you pay outside Inmoprop Gestion SL, you expose yourself to fraud risks, such as money transfer scams.
Secure payment: Your payment is not transferred to the advertiser’s account without having seen and accepted the property.
Inmoprop Gestion SL keeps your money safe up to 48 hours after the moving date (the one registered on the platform).
As a guarantee that the property will be as described in the advertisement: When you move into your property, you have 48 hours to review it and notify Inmoprop Gestion SL if there are any problems.
Cancelation policy:
What happens if the owner rejects my reservation?
If the owner cancels at the last minute, we will do our best to rehouse you and pay for a hotel if necessary.
Inmoprop Gestion SL will try to help the tenant reserve a replacement property. If there are no suitable alternative properties, Inmoprop Gestion SL will return 100% of the reservation and the first rental payment to the tenant.
For our part, you can contact us through our contact form to request a refund. Please note that if you wish to cancel your confirmed booking prior to move-in, our booking fees will be non-refundable (if applicable)!
