Si un Anfitrión cancela una reserva antes de la llegada, el huésped recibirá automáticamente un reembolso completo.
Si el propietario cancela a última hora, haremos lo posible para relajarte y pagarte un hotel si fuese necesario
Según el artículo 36.4 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, aunque no se determina un plazo exacto para la devolución de la fianza de alquiler, sí se aclara que debe serle restituida al arrendatario finalizado el contrato y que no debe ser en un tiempo mayor a un mes.
