El dormitorio se encuentra elevado y se accede mediante escaleras. Cama de 150×190 y la altura en esta zona de la estancia es de 120 cms de alto.
En la parte inferior encontrareis zona habilitada para dejar las maletas,altura de esta zona 1,70cms.
Cocina diáfana súper espaciosa y con todo lo necesario.
Piso dispone de aire acondicionado (frio y calor), tv y wifi
Decoración actual con sofás de palets y debido a que ha sido recientemente reformado todo está en perfecto estado.

Si un Anfitrión cancela una reserva antes de la llegada, el huésped recibirá automáticamente un reembolso completo.
Si el propietario cancela a última hora, haremos lo posible para relajarte y pagarte un hotel si fuese necesario.
Según el artículo 36.4 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, aunque no se determina un plazo exacto para la devolución de la fianza de alquiler, sí se aclara que debe serle restituida al arrendatario finalizado el contrato y que no debe ser en un tiempo mayor a un mes.
